Vision Digital provides web hosting services at a fixed monthly cost to the client.
The web hosting services that Vision Digital provide are provided through a third party and may be subject to the third party's own terms and conditions of use.
Vision Digital claims no responsibility for any potential negative impacts caused by the operation of the web hosting servers of the third party provider.
All web hosting services are guaranteed uptime of an average of 99.9%.
This means that during the course of a typical year, web hosting clients can expect their website to be unavailable for up to 9 hours due to circumstances outside of the control of Vision Digital.
Other issues such as non-payment of fees fr services may result in additional down-time of your website, as per our payment policies.
Unless otherwise stated, we charge out all maintenance tasks and assistance at a per-determined hourly rate.
Vision Digital reserves the right to alter this hourly rate at any time and this will be at the discretion of Vision Digital.
When charging work at an hourly rate we charge the initial 0-30 minutes at 50% of the hourly rate.
We then charge the initial 31-60 minutes at the full hour.
If tasks are being charges at an hourly rate and take longer than 60 minutes, we divide the hourly rate by 60 and multiply this by the number of minutes worked on the task
For Example
If our hourly rate was $20/hr and the task took between 0 - 30 minutes, we would send an invoice for $10.
If the task took between 31 - 60 minutes, we would send an invoice for $20.
If the task took 1 hour and 17 minutes, we would send an invoice for $25.66.
Unless otherwise decided by Vision Digital, all hourly rate invoices will be issued after completion of the work in question.
We reserve the right to request payment for hourly work upfront before any work begins. If we do this, we will issue an invoice to be paid before starting any work and we reserve the right to invoice further if the work exceeds the time previously invoiced for.
All hourly rate invoices are due within 3 days of the invoice being issued.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to take down, or undo, the work we completed until such a time as the invoice is paid. We also reserve the right to apply any late payment penalties, fees, and/or interest.
Unless otherwise states, all clients who have their websites hosted with Vision Digital will be required to pay on a monthly recurring basis..
If any payment fails to be made by the agreed date, Vision Digital will allow the client up to 7 days to rectify the missed payment.
If the client does not make up the missed payment within the 7 days following the date on which the payment was originally due, Vision Digital reserved the right to pause all web hosting services until such a time as all missed payments have been made and the clients account is up to date.
Unless otherwise stated, all quoted work below $5,000 must be paid in full before any work begins on the project in question.
Unless otherwise stated, all quoted work above the value of $5,000 and below the value of $15,000, requires a 50% deposit before any work begins.
A payment of the final 50% is due no later than 1 month after the deposit is paid, or prior to the project being finished, whichever is earlier.
Unless otherwise stated, all work quoted above the value of $15,000 requires a 50% deposit up front before any work begins.
The remaining 50% is to be paid in equal monthly installments across no more than 3 months, but is to be paid in full before the work is completed and launched for the client.
Unless otherwise stated, all quoted invoices are due within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
If the invoice is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to take down, or undo, the work we completed until such a time as the invoice is paid. We also reserve the right to apply any late payment penalties, fees, and/or interest.
When a payment is not made by the agreed due date, or a payment has been missed, Vision Digital reserves the right to charge an administration fee on top of the payment that remains outstanding.
Any administration fee that is charged may be 2% of the outstanding amount, or $25 - whichever is greater.
Vision Digital reserves the right to charge an administration fee for each time any administrative duties are required to be carried out, in relation to the outstanding payment in question.
If a payment that is owed to Vision Digital is not received, for any reason, whether this be because the payment is late, a payment has been missed, or the client refuses to pay (or acknowledge payment is required), Vision Digital reserves the right to take any recovery action deemed necessary.
Vision Digital reserves the right to also reverse any work that is related to the payment in question, or take related assets offline, until the payment in question has been recovered in full.
Vision Digital also reserve the right to charge additional fees relating to the additional work associated with taking assets offline, reversing and then reinstating work completed, or any recovery actions taken.
If additional fees are charge by Vision Digital in relation to overdue payments, all overdue payments including any associated fees, must be paid in full before the work in question is reinstated, or assets are placed back online.
